How Dunlap Turns Your Construction Plans Into Reality

We have worked with countless clients across nearly every sector to see their construction plans from paper to reality. Over the years, we have honed our process to ensure each project is handled with the detail and expertise it deserves. From beginning to end, you’ll feel confident that we understand your vision and can execute your project to the highest standards.

Dunlap’s Tried and True Process

The secret to our success over the past 40+ years is that we spend time getting to know our clients and making sure we understand their ideas for the space. Our mission is to provide the highest level of workmanship, with attention to detail that is simply unmatched in the industry. In pursuit of this goal, we developed a 3 step process. First, a detailed pre-construction phase ensures your project starts off on the right foot. During this time, we perform estimation, scheduling, value engineering, and more. Taking time here to hammer out the details means less hassle once construction starts.

Once construction is underway, we rely on schedules and milestones to keep your project on track. We provide all general contracting services and subcontractor management. Your project manager will communicate with you throughout the construction phase, so you’ll always know what’s going on.

Finally, we hand the keys to you and complete post-construction. This part of the process includes items like punch lists, equipment training, and warranty disclosures. Even though the job is complete, we encourage our clients to come to us with any questions or concerns going forward.
