Launch Trampoline Park, Asheville, NC
The blank canvas is just the beginning of the most important park of work. Here at Dunlap Construction we see so many possibilities in a blank page or canvas. The creation of one of our most valued canvases started in March of 2015, and our client was Launch Trampoline Park.
As you can tell from the picture above on the left, this project began as a empty 25,000 square foot warehouse. Our goal was to successfully turn this vacant space into a Launch Trampoline Park. Our Clients had big dreams for this warehouse and we helped to paint their visions. Up-fitting this warehouse into a Launch Trampoline Park was no easy task. Some of our biggest challenges on this commercial renovation included insulating the building to get the correct R-Value, and the metal framing of the walkways and landings.
In March of 2016, a year after construction began, the firstĀ trampoline park in the Asheville area opened their doors to the public. Approximately 40 connected trampolines make up the main court at the park and with 25,000 square feet of space, 13,000 square feet is dedicated to trampolines. Launch Trampoline Park Asheville provides kids of all ages with endless fun of bouncing on trampolines, playing dodge-ball in mid air, falling into a massive foam pit, or friendly competition on the obstacle course.
The park features jump rope, trampoline dodge-ball, basketball dunking lanes, foam pit and a dedicated “kids court” for jumpers under 42″. On solid ground, the warehouse space includes a cafe, an arcade with 30 games and a prize station, five private party rooms and a viewing deck, all of which Dunlap Construction helped to create. This building renovation has become one of our favorites! To view Dunlap Constructions photo gallery for this project feel free to click here.
